Until it no longer worked
15-hour days. Decisions every minute. Multiple companies. Always ON. Marco Oetterli knows what it feels like when there is no OFF. Almost burnout twelve years ago. Again four years ago. Both times he managed to turn things around. But the feeling remained.
From this feeling came the question: Why does no one give us permission to stop? Why is there no ritual for the transition? ON·OFF did not arise from a market analysis. It came from lived experience. From the body that said: enough.
